Part 3. Mix the dressing:

Cut the lemon in half.

Squeeze the juice into a bowl with a lemon juicer or with your hands. Remove the seeds!

Put the olive oil, salt, and pepper along with the lemon juice into a jar or bowl.

Shake or stir until the dressing is mixed.

Part 4. Make the salad:

Add the herbs and vegetables to the cooked bulgur.

Pour the dressing over the salad.

Stir with a mixing spoon.

Serve tabouli chilled or at room temperature.

Cook’s Tip

The longer tabouli sits, the more flavor it has. Store leftovers in the refrigerator. Tabouli tastes great the next day too.
